Hailing from the Orkney Islands in the North of Scotland, Haverin are a folk band making a name for themselves as they perform their own material. With four different band members sharing the lead vocal duties, Haverin are a versatile group with the occasional hint of country music creeping into their indie-folk repertoire.
Originally formed in 2022 to play at a friend’s wedding, the band have enjoyed some busy formative years, playing both the Shetland and Orkney folk festivals & Westray Connections as well as featuring on Iain Anderson’s Radio Scotland show.
Haverin’s album ‘Home’ released in January 2026 to critical acclaim.
