Camping at the Festival

We’re delighted that you’re joining us for the full festival weekend. Here’s everything you need to know to make your stay comfortable, safe, and enjoyable.

Camping Ticket

To camp at the Festival you will need a Weekend & Camping Pass.

Campervans, motorhomes, caravans and tents are welcome. If you are bringing a caravan we ask that you move your car to the car parking area over the weekend after siting your caravan. Thanks

Opening & Closing Times

The camping field opens at 2pm on Friday 3 July.

All campers and motorhomes must vacate the site by 12 noon on Monday 6 July.

Camping Location

Camping and motorhome pitches are located on the top half of the football pitch field, accessed via the gate at the top of the field from the main road.

No camping or vehicles are permitted on the football pitch itself.

Parking & Vehicles

To keep the festival site safe and accessible:

• No cars are allowed on the festival site.
• If you’re camping, park in the general parking field opposite and carry your equipment to the camping area.
• Motorhomes must display their camping pass on the dashboard.
• Tent campers should attach their pass visibly to their tent.

Fires & BBQs

No fires or disposable BBQs are allowed anywhere on site.

Facilities

There will be toilet facilities and drinking water.

We do not provide chemical toilet disposal, electric hookups, or showers.

Dogs

Dogs are welcome but must be kept on a lead at all times.

Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets.

Food & Supplies

There is no shop in Burray village. The nearest shops are in St Margaret’s Hope.

Food vendors will be on-site throughout the weekend.

Overspill Camping

If the main camping area becomes full, you may be directed to an overspill location.

On-Site Guidance

Please follow the instructions of festival staff and the signage around the site.

And of course, leave your pitch tidy when you depart.
