A fiddle-player and singer, Jenny moved to Orkney, from Burra Isle, in Shetland, to become a music teacher. In recent years she has been busy leading the Poptarts as well as performing with Brian as a duo.
Regularly seen with The Chair and Saltfishforty, multi-instrumentalist Brian is also a fine singer/songwriter, his vocal range effortlessly spanning the gentlest of ballad to a full-on rebel yell. He is also a guitar tutor, and heavily involved in many aspects of the Orkney music scene.
